They have 4 floors which are distributed according to the activity, the operations of receiving, specific rooms cutting, packaging, manufacturing, cooking ... all temperature controlled and refrigerated cold rooms depending on the type of products.

Installation for drinking water: to ensure quality control of potable water used in industry, there is a water softener through which flows all the water used in the company and a steam generator to the furnace. However, samples are directly subjected to a disinfection treatment, mainly through chlorination, to control water conditions at different points of exit in the company.
